Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, riad, airport, or railway station in Marrakech.

Travel across the magnificent High Atlas Mountains, crossing the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m), the highest road pass in Morocco. Along the way you will see traditional Berber villages and spectacular mountain landscapes.

Continue toward the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most iconic kasbahs. This historic fortified village has been used as a filming location for many famous movies such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, Babel, and Prince of Persia.

After visiting the kasbah, the journey continues toward Ouarzazate, known for its famous film studios and cinematic history.

Drive through the rocky landscapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, passing the village of Agdez, before entering the magnificent Draa Valley, famous for its vast palm groves and traditional kasbahs.

Arrive in Zagora in the late afternoon where your Sahara adventure begins.

Here you will change from the vehicle to camels for a desert trek, riding across the desert landscapes while watching a spectacular sunset.

Arrive at your traditional desert camp, where a Moroccan dinner will be served. Spend the evening under the stars and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the desert.

Overnight in a nomadic desert tent.

Wake up early to experience a beautiful sunrise over the desert.

After breakfast at the camp, return by camel to Zagora where your driver will meet you to begin the journey back to Marrakech.

Travel again through the beautiful Draa Valley, passing palm groves, kasbahs, and traditional Berber villages.

Stop in Ouarzazate to visit the historic Taourirt Kasbah, one of the most impressive kasbahs in southern Morocco.

Continue the journey across the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoying spectacular views along the way.

Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon, marking the end of your desert adventure.
